4. Customer Relationships:
These are established and maintained independently through diverse market segments.
5. Revenue Streams:
Incomes are generated once your customers acquire the value propositions offered.
6. Key Resources:
Are the necessary assets to offer and provide the items described above.
7. Key Activities:
The key activities required to achieve our value propositions.
8. Key Partners:
External alliances.
9. Cost Structure:
Different elements of your BMC such as: Fixed costs, variable costs, economies of scale, and/or scope.
